Why tongue and groove matters
With a tongue-and-groove slat, the edge of each board seats into the next one. Stacked horizontally, the slats lock together into a closed face, which is what you want for privacy screens, solid gates and wall toppers that hide a view. In the Ipe finish, that closed face reads like a run of dark hardwood boards rather than a metal panel.

What it is made of
ALU 60 T&G SLAT 18 ft – Woodgrain – IPE is made from aluminum 6063-t6, finished with Woodgrain / wood like – Ipe.
6063-T6 is an architectural aluminum alloy made for extruded profiles. It gives clean, consistent shapes and takes a powder coating evenly, which is why it is widely used for fences, gates and other exterior building products.
