HD 6 ft x 6 ft Aluminum Gate Frame Kit

A 6 ft gate leaf is wide enough for garden equipment and bins, and it puts more load on the frame and hinges than a narrow gate. This 6×6 heavy duty aluminum gate frame kit is built for that job: a 2×4 in. HD frame, corner brackets, channel kits and three double-support hinges, all in powder-coated black. It is frame-only, so you choose the ¾" or 1" infill profiles that suit your project.

Compared with the 4' x 6' HD kit, this size adds a third double-support hinge to share the weight of the wider leaf. The integrated L-stopper stops the gate at the closed position, and the L-corner brackets lock the frame corners square. For infill, our ALU 60 T&G gate slat box (62in) is one option in our range; confirm compatibility with our team before combining parts from different systems.

Because this is a frame-only kit, the look of the finished gate is up to you. Before ordering, confirm three things: that your infill profile is ¾" or 1", that you have enough pieces to fill a 6' x 6' leaf at the spacing you want, and that the finish of the infill works with the black frame. Heavier infill adds load to the hinges and posts, so mention the material to our team if it is not an aluminum profile from our range.
