Ordering tips
Count one rail per section or gate leaf, and add a spare if rails will be stored on site before installation. If your openings vary, list each width first: some may suit this 6.5 ft rail and others the 6 ft or 8 ft length. Using the closest standard length keeps cutting to a minimum and leaves cleaner factory ends at the posts. If an opening falls between sizes, cutting a longer rail is possible, but confirm bracket positions with our team before you cut so the rail still seats correctly over the infill.

6063-T6 is an architectural aluminum alloy made for extruded profiles. It gives clean, consistent shapes and takes a powder coating evenly, which is why it is widely used for fences, gates and other exterior building products.
AAMA 2604 is the American Architectural Manufacturers Association specification for high-performance organic coatings, powder coatings included, on aluminum extrusions. It sets test requirements for outdoor color and gloss retention, chalking and corrosion resistance.
