Instead of pricing slats, posts, brackets and spacers one line at a time, you order one kit per section and plan extra posts only where your run starts or ends.
The kit is built around the Aluglobus Aluminum Systems 2.75 2-way post system. Slats sit horizontally between posts and are secured with L-brackets, while the spacers stack between slats to keep the gap even from bottom to top. The result is a clean, modern slat fence line that suits backyards, side yards and wall-topper style boundaries.

The 2-way post kit itself contains:

Why the Alu 40 slat
Alu 40 is a 4" x 0.75" aluminum slat with a 0.047" wall. Its 4-inch face gives a bolder horizontal line than narrow slat profiles, so a 6 ft high panel reads as a calm set of wide bands rather than busy stripes. With the included 1/2" spacers you get a semi-private screen: views are broken up while light and air still pass through, which helps in windy spots and around planting.
- Material: aluminum 6063-T6, which does not rot, split or need staining the way wood boards do.
- Finish: AAMA 2604 super-durable powder coating in Black, Bronze or White.
- Gap control: spacers set the gap, so slat spacing stays uniform across every section.
Planning your fence run
Each kit covers one 8 ft section and includes one 2-way post. Because a section is held between two posts, a straight run of several sections needs one extra post to close it, and every free end or gate opening needs its own post. The 2.75 2-way End Post Kit is made for those ends and includes a cover strip for the blank side.
- Measure the full length of the run and divide it into 8 ft sections before ordering.
- Mark ends, corners and gate openings, as each affects the post count.
- Decide how posts will be set. For slabs or footings, look at the 2.75 2-way post baseplate; otherwise follow the included instructions and local code for in-ground posts.
- If a section must be shorter than 8 ft, check cutting and bracket placement with our team before you start.
Changing the gap or adding a matching gate
The kit ships with 1/2" spacers. Alu 40 slats are listed with a minimum gap of 3/8", so if you want a slightly more private screen you can order a pack of 3/8" 2-way post spacers instead; the number of slats needed for full height may change, so confirm with our team before switching.
